Requirements
Lean Six Sigma projects used for certification purposes must
demonstrate application of a
variety of the Lean Six Sigma
tools and have a sufficient
return on investment (ROI). Lean
Six Sigma Certification Projects
generally are completed within a
three-month period and generate
an annualized return of $30,000
or more. The Lean Six Sigma
Certification Project Sponsors
and other members of the Lean
Six Sigma management team use
the IQF guidelines to
independently evaluate financial
return and success criteria.
