This program teaches the

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
This course blends black-belt
level Lean and Six Sigma
capability within the DMAIC
methodology. Participants
learn how to drive large-scale
projects to optimize workflows,
increase throughput, decrease
error rates, improve flexibility
to meet customer requirements,
and decrease the overall cost of
doing business.
Instruction is
application focused, therefore
requiring all participants to
successfully complete
numerous case studies and
exercises during the classroom
portion of the training.
Knowledge transfer is
demonstrated by real-time
application of skills.
The program is typically
delivered in 4 1-week sessions,
with candidates receiving
coaching and mentoring as they
apply newly learned skill and
tools to their projects between
