• Understand what Six Sigma is and how it works in an organization.

  Understand Finance’s role and responsibility in Six Sigma Deployment.

  Use COPQ both as a project valuation tool and as a systematic performance reporting tool.

  Use their financial system to value project impact, prioritize project opportunities, validate project results, and report project savings over time.

Appropriate Candidates

• Key financial analysts and/or those with a thorough knowledge of the general ledger and cost accounting system.
• Selected Champions/Functional leaders (stakeholders/users of any Six Sigma performance reports).
• A functional IT leader with working knowledge of financial management information systems.
