Position: Account Development Associate
Location: Princeton, New Jersey
Placement: Sales/Marketing
Provider of business performance improvement solutions with offices in Arizona and New Jersey is seeking an Account Development Associate to work on lead generation activities in our Princeton office. The company markets consulting, training and technology solutions to mid-size and large corporations worldwide. The Account Development Associate is an individual contributor, generating leads for our sales executives by cold calling and following up on in-bound inquiries. If you have experience with inside sales, lead generation, internet research, and cold calling, this is an exciting position to consider. Candidates must have demonstrated ability to generate leads and sell in a business to business environment. Occasional travel may be required.
The position offers excellent total compensation with benefits. Total compensation is driven by the delivery of qualified leads, with reasonable quotas for focused and motivated individuals. Base salary is commensurate with experience. This position will be located in our Princeton office.

Responsibilities:
Deliver Six Sigma training and provide on-site support for client companies using DMAIC approach, advanced statistical techniques and quality tools. Partner with Champions and assist in project identification/selection. Mentor and coach Black Belts and Green Belts in the use of Six Sigma statistical tools and methodology to ensure timely completion of projects with expected customer results.
Requirements for Consultants:

2- 4 years experience in a Six Sigma driven environment
|
|
1-2 years leading projects as a certified Black Belt/Master Black Belt with demonstrated results
|
|
Demonstrated ability in calculating Cost of Poor Quality
|
|
BS/BA degree
|
|
Delivery of training of relevant topics
|
|
Strong project management skills
|
|
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
|
|
Demonstrated ability to drive change; specifically diagnose barriers to project success and facilitate resolution
|
|
Financial and business acumen
|
|
Self-directed, team player
|
|
Strong written and verbal communication skills
|
|
Working knowledge of Minitab or similar SPC software
