Lean Six Sigma for Black Belts
PURPOSE
Train Black Belt Candidates in the fundamentals of the Six Sigma’s DMAIC methodology and the Fundamentals of Lean to eliminate waste, improve the quality, speed and flow of business processes. The integration of Lean and DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) training for services or manufacturing black belts.
