Black Belt – Support Options [5 weeks]
Six Sigma Qualtec pioneered the concept of project support between each phase of Black Belt training and currently enjoys the reputation of being the best in the industry in this critical area. It is in the application of the classroom-derived knowledge that true learning takes place. Six Sigma Qualtec understands that the needs of each company may differ.
We have designed four options of project support for our 5 week black belt certification program. Although we feel that to develop the best Black Belt onsite support is a key factor, some companies may elect to provide a reduced amount of support to their Black Belts to limit their investment.
Six Sigma Qualtec recommends that Black Belt candidates elect a Master Black Belt support program that provides guidance through the four training weeks.

Course Audit/No Support
This option is designed for candidates who only want to audit the training. The candidate will not become a Black Belt without completing the certification requirements, which include completion of a project. If the candidates decide to complete a project for certification, they must elect to do so by the last training day of the Control phase.

Basic Project Support
You receive ten sessions delivered over the phone and/or computer connection (virtual). Each session is conducted in two-hour segments after each training week. The fee for this program is $7,000, with additional support sessions available at $700 per session.

Preferred Project Support
Five days onsite project support (one full-day session will be provided after each training week). The fee for this program is $15,000 plus actual travel and expenses. Additional support days are available at $3,000 per day.
