Leading Six Sigma
Six Sigma Qualtec has the skills and resources to help your team select and use the most effective tool to address the issues you are facing.
This course develops a positive and supportive attitude in top management to encourage them to lead the Six Sigma initiatives within their organization. It is designed to teach the basic tools of Six Sigma and to involve participants in their leadership role in the Six Sigma initiatives. Maximum class size is 20 participants.

Define the required behavior changes (and associated consequences) needed to launch, develop, and sustain the Six Sigma process.

Define, and commit to the resource requirements of the Six Sigma process.

Create a macro plan and concise set of personal actions relating to the successful launch of the Six Sigma process.
