Black Belt – Support Options
Every Black Belt candidate receives extensive support throughout the training process and between each phase of Black Belt training. This includes on-site visits, assistance and monitoring of the candidate’s “real world” project.
It is in the application of the classroom-derived knowledge that true learning takes place. Six Sigma Qualtec understands that the needs of each company may differ. We have designed three options for project support. Although we feel that to develop the best Black Belt onsite support is a key factor, some companies may elect to provide a reduced amount of support to their Black Belts to limit their investment.
Six Sigma Qualtec recommends that Black Belt candidates elect a Master Black Belt support program that provides guidance through the four training weeks.
SIMULATION OPTION
Qualtec also offers a 25 day program that includes a week of simulation modeling. [5 week support option]

Course Audit/No Support
This option is designed for candidates who only want to audit the training. The candidate will not become a Black Belt without completing the certification requirements, which include completion of a project. If the candidates decide to complete a project for certification, they must elect to do so by the last training day of the Control phase.

Basic Project Support
Eight support sessions delivered over the phone and/or computer connections. Each session is conducted in two-hour segments after each training week. The fee for this support program adds $6,000 to the course fee, with additional support sessions available at $750 per session. Additional charges may apply for the use of live computer connections.

Preferred Project Support
Four days of onsite project support (one full-day session will be provided after each training week). The fee for this support program adds $12,000 to the course fee plus actual travel expenses.
Additional support days are available at $3000 per day.
