Simulation Modeling – Prerequisites

Prerequisites, Materials and Pre-work

• Enrollment is limited to certified Transactional or Services Black Belts
• Participants must bring a process map produced in iGrafx Flowcharter
• Attendees must bring a laptop computer with Minitab, Excel, and iGrafx Process for Six Sigma (call us for details on upgrades or full installations)

Graduation Requirements

• Fulfill all the prerequisites

• Completing the DMAIC Simulation Exercise

• Attending all five training days
