Communication for Operational Excellence
As in any major initiative, it is critical to develop and implement both an external and internal communications plan. From an external perspective, it is critical that all of the population, including investors, understands the OpEx initiative and how it will be rolled out within your company. The internal communications program will leverage various communications programs within the company (e-mail, letters, brochures, videos, management discussions, etc.) and will utilize a wide range of spokespersons (CEO, Senior Management,Champions, Managers, etc.).
